Mike and his team were thorough and overly communicative. We have elevated standards, especially for this project that has beguiled us for years. They presented a plan for us that had demonstrable outcomes. We also were given a few different options for the degree of work involved.
When we decided to move forward, the guys arrived within a week and took care of the job within 2.5 days. We were given more than enough opportunities to ask questions. It was comforting to feel like we had a voice in every stage of the job.
