First, I want to thank you for coming up with what seems to be the perfect solution for ending our wet basement problem. We have had one short storm and another full day of gentle rain since you and your team finished last Tuesday, July 26th and our basement is still dry. Thank you so much! As a bonus, the new grass is coming up very nicely! Your team did a wonderful job, always pleasant to have around. Thank you, for being so respectful of our neighbors on both sides of the house. It made for a tight working area, but you and the guys handled it with grace. We had no complaints from anyone. Everyone is pleased with the outcome of your labors.

I wanted to share with you the final pictures of your creation. I could not be more happy with the final look and design! Mike’s crew did an excellent job on the install and I have told Mike that I have received numerous complements from neighbors on the design you created and the install his crew completed! Attached are some photos. Once the plants develop and bloom I will send additional photos.
The lighting at night is the icing on the cake.

Isbir Construction took down and rebuilt our existing Versalok block wall that was constructed previously by another contractor not long ago prior to us purchasing our home. The wall is fairly large, has a bend and also contains lights along the driveway portion. The previous wall was leaning, had no drainage system, had gaps between blocks, was not level and was not built to Versalok specs. The wall became unsightly and a potential safety hazard as well. Mike Isbir gave us a great estimate and answered all of our questions and concerns immediately and honestly. The wall looks incredible NOW, is structurally sound and is built exactly as specified. Mike Isbir and his professional crew worked diligently, took their time and made sure not one bit of detail was left out during the build process. People we don’t know stop all of the time and tell us how great the wall looks. Bottom-line: I would recommend Isbir Construction to everyone who is looking for the best work! Period!”
