> Pool Wall and Steps
PROJECT DETAILS: This retaining wall separating the upper and lower yards was slowly deteriorating.
This picture shows the wooden wall before any work was done.
Here is the wall at the same angle after the project was finished.
The wooden steps attached to the wall leading to the upper portion of the yard.
The steps after they were redone with Versa-Lok. They blend delightfully with the retaining wall.
You can see where the wall and the steps are supposed to intersect. The gaps allow you to see the slow breakdown of the structure.
A completed look at the intersection of the wall and steps. Due to the versatility of the Versa-Lok block, it allows for expansion during winter months, thus keeping the wall in tact without fear of wall failure or gaps appearing.
The old wall is removed and excavation is completed to begin the base for the new wall.
The same view of the area but after the wall is installed and landscaping complete.
