Construction Tradespersons, Foremen, & Laborers
We have 3 positions available starting March 5 with minor training in February. Our recent growth has necessitated the need for additional personnel. Individuals must be mature, reliable, hard working, and have several years of experience in the construction trades or a related technical field. Candidates must also have a high level of attention for details.
We are accepting applications for full-time and some part-time permanent employment, approximately 45 hours/week Mon - Fri (6-5) & some Sat (6-1). Duties include the installation of retaining walls, landscapes, decks, and french drains. Isbir Construction & Landscape Corp. also performs work in the areas of concrete, asphalt, plumbing, carpentry, & excavating. Construction or mechanical/technical/trades experience highly preferred. Driver's license with clean record required. A class A Commercial Drivers License or permit within 2 weeks of hire is required. Transportation to and from job sites is required. Mature, professional individuals are encouraged to apply to work with our progressive company. Wages are commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Landscape Construction Internship
Isbir Construction & Landscape Corp. is currently accepting applications for a field internship position. We are searching for a true self starter interested in learning landscape and construction skills and who is focused on helping our company succeed.
This internship offers training and on the job experiences described below:
This position involves approximately 45 hours/week Mon - Fri (7-5) & some Sat (7-12). A successful candidate will be introduced to the installation of retaining walls, paving stones, landscapes, decks, and french drains. Concrete, asphalt, carpentry, & excavating are also skills that will be learned by the intern. Driver's license with clean record required.
Our small, professional company is a great place to learn these valuable skills. This internship is paid. Hours/days are flexible within our working hours. Start date: Summer.
Marketing Internship – Marketing, Planning, & Implementation
Isbir Construction & Landscape Corp. is currently accepting applications for an administrative internship position. We are searching for a true self starter interested in learning administrative skills and who is focused on helping our company succeed. Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills are required.
The candidate must have the ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, problem solve, and follow through with assigned tasks. Candidate must be extremely detail oriented with a high regard for assignments completed with the utmost care and diligence. We are searching for an individual to significantly update our marketing plan as well as implement current ideas. We are interested in updating our website as well as creating a new company brochure. We also regularly communicate with our clients via email newsletters. Creating great newsletters and mailers with a strong call return is another responsibility the position. We are searching for a candidate that can also bring fresh ideas and implement them at our firm. Networking and other miscellaneous tasks are also an element of the position.
Our small, professional office is a great place to learn business skills. Office hours are M-F 9:30am - 5:30pm. This internship is unpaid. Hours/days are flexible within our working hours. We offer Spring Semester, Summer Semester, and Fall Semester Internships. There is one position available per semester.
