Landscape Construction Foreman
We are searching for a career minded individual to supervise our efficient field crew. Individual must have a strong work ethic, ability to manage a project efficiently, and be production oriented. Some supervisory experience with a proven track record is necessary. The position requires the individual to coordinate with clients, vendors, and the company president on a regular basis.
Our work schedule is approximately Mon - Fri (7-5) & some Sat (7-12) peak season. The ability to work overtime when needed is required. Evening appointments are also sometimes necessary. Driver's license with clean record required. A class A Commercial Drivers License or permit within 2 weeks of hire required. Transportation to and from job sites is required. This position requires a hands on working-foremen. The individual will be required to work and labor with other crew members. Our excellent wages and benefits package are commensurate with experience and qualifications. The company president is searching for a strong # 2 person to become part of the organization. Immediate opening.
Landscape Construction Internship
Isbir Construction & Landscape Corp. is currently accepting applications for a field internship position. We are searching for a true self starter interested in learning landscape and construction skills and who is focused on helping our company succeed.
This internship offers training and on the job experiences described below:
This position involves approximately 45 hours/week Mon - Fri (7-5) & some Sat (7-12). A successful candidate will be introduced to the installation of retaining walls, paving stones, landscapes, decks, and french drains. Concrete, asphalt, carpentry, & excavating are also skills that will be learned by the intern. Driver's license with clean record required.
Our small, professional company is a great place to learn these valuable skills. This internship is paid. Hours/days are flexible within our working hours. Start date: Summer 2010.
Marketing Internship – Marketing, Planning, & Implementation
Isbir Construction & Landscape Corp. is currently accepting applications for an administrative internship position. We are searching for a true self starter interested in learning administrative skills and who is focused on helping our company succeed. Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills are required.
This internship offers training and on the job experiences described below:
The candidate must have the ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, problem solve, and follow through with assigned tasks. Candidate must be extremely detail oriented with a high regard for assignments completed with the utmost care and diligence. We are searching for an individual to significantly update and re-create our marketing plan as well as implement current ideas. We are searching for a candidate that can bring fresh ideas and implement them at our firm.
Our small, professional office is a great place to learn business skills. Office hours are M-F 9:30am - 5:30pm. This internship is unpaid. Hours/days are flexible within our working hours. We offer Spring Semester, Summer Semester, and Fall Semester Internships. There is one position available per semester.
Installer
