Landscape Construction Foreman
We are searching for a career minded individual to supervise our efficient field crew. Individual must have a strong work ethic, ability to manage a project efficiently, and be production oriented. Hardscape experience is a huge plus. Individual should have a 2 or 4 year degree in a related field and/or 2-5 years prior experience. Experience in a complementary industry such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, building trades, or other would be helpful in this position. Industry certifications (PLANET, ICPI, NCMA) are a plus. A good plant background (identify, prune, plant, layout, diagnose) would be extremely useful. A candidate must be hard working with a high level of attention for details. The position requires the individual to coordinate with clients, vendors, and the company president on a regular basis. A very strong candidate will have experience meeting with clients, proposing design ideas, and following through with complete simple, yet professional hand drawn plans.
Our work schedule is approximately Mon - Fri (7-5) & some Sat (7-12) peak season. The ability to work overtime when needed is required. Evening appointments are also sometimes necessary. Driver's license with clean record required. A class A Commercial Drivers License or permit within 2 weeks of hire required. Transportation to and from job sites is required. This position requires a hands on working-foremen. Our excellent wages and benefits package are commensurate with experience and qualifications. The company president is searching for a strong # 2 person to become part of the organization. Immediate opening.
Installer
We are accepting applications for full-time permanent employment, approximately 45 hours/week Mon - Fri (7-5) & some Sat (7-12). Duties include the installation of retaining walls, paving stones, landscapes, decks, and french drains. Isbir Construction & Landscape Corp. also performs work in the areas of concrete, asphalt, carpentry, & excavating. Construction or mechanical/technical experience preferred. Driver's license with clean record required. A class A Commercial Drivers License or permit within 2 weeks of hire required. Transportation to and from job sites is required. Wages are commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Landscape Construction Internship
Isbir Construction & Landscape Corp. is currently accepting applications for a field internship position. We are searching for a true self starter interested in learning landscape and construction skills and who is focused on helping our company succeed.
This internship offers training and on the job experiences described below:
