Office Manager
We are searching for an energetic, career minded person looking to grow with our company. Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills are required for this often fast paced environment. Duties include answering telephone in a professional and upbeat fashion, scheduling appointments/screening clients, ability to deal with difficult clients appropriately, complete payroll, accounts payable, account reconciliation, internal job costing, ordering office supplies, keeping owner's schedule and other affairs. Must have the ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, problem solve, and follow through with assigned tasks. Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word skills are required. QuickBooks and prior office management or related experiences are highly preferred. Hours are M-F 9:30am - 5:30pm. Excellent pay, health insurance reimbursement, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and vacation, education/tuition reimbursement as requested and approved. Immediate opening.

Installer
We are accepting applications for full-time permanent employment, approximately 45 hours/week Mon - Fri (7-5) & some Sat (7-12). Duties include the installation of retaining walls, paving stones, landscapes, decks, and french drains. Isbir Construction & Landscape Corp. also performs work in the areas of concrete, asphalt, carpentry, & excavating. Construction or mechanical/technical experience preferred. Drivers license with clean record required. A class A Commercial Drivers License or permit within 2 weeks of hire required. Transportation to and from job sites is required. Wages are commensurate with experience and qualifications.
